Hi! My name is Peter Sieffert. I am husband to an amazing and powerful business woman, Kristen, father to two beautiful and loving children, Will (7) and Jake (4), and a business owner (Incendia Group), coach, and consultant to a number of talented and compassionate business owners and their amazing teams. I am also a hopeful, sensitive, and passionate motivator and realist. I love human beings and all of their strengths and weaknesses. I am committed to making a difference in this world and my goal is to inspire others to do the same.  

Hi! My name is Linly Harris. I am a wife to a talented scientist, mother to two thoughtful and compassionate girls, a community volunteer, and a communications consultant. I truly love reading, writing, and editing and working to figure out how best to convey thoughts and ideas to different groups of people. Pete and I live in the same community and our kids attend the same school. We met while working on the PTA together. I have been inspired by Pete’s coaching work and his drive to help people better understand themselves and each other. I consider myself a relatively self-reflective person, but the work that Pete does has encouraged me to examine my motivations and reactions on a different level. I am excited to have been invited on this journey and look forward to helping Pete share his methods of helping to create “Humanity in Harmony.”
